Fix the most common login issues
Can't get into your account? Here's how to fix the most common login issues.
Issue: Forgotten password
If you signed up with an email and password:
- Go to the Crewie login page
- Click "Forgot password?"
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a reset link (check spam if you don't see it)
- Click the link and set a new password
Reset links expire after 24 hours. If yours has expired, just request a new one.
Issue: Signed up with Google or Microsoft
If you used Google or Microsoft to sign up, you don't have a Crewie password — you sign in through your Google or Microsoft account. Make sure you're clicking "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft" on the login page, not trying to enter a password.
Issue: "Account not found" error
This usually means the email address you're entering doesn't match what's on your account. Try:
- Checking for typos in your email
- Trying a different email address if you have multiple
- Checking if a colleague invited you under a different email
Issue: Account locked
After multiple failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait 15 minutes and try again. If you're still locked out, contact support@crewie.app.
Issue: Can't see your workspace after logging in
If you can log in but can't see your workspace, you may have been removed from the workspace or your invitation may not have been accepted. Contact your workspace Owner or Admin to check.
