We built the thing we wished had existed.
Crewie was built in Australia by Christina and Sarah — two operators who'd spent their careers inside scaling businesses, watching the same chaos repeat itself. Strategy lost in founders' heads. Teams working hard on the wrong things. Tools that didn't talk to each other. They built Crewie to change that.
The late nights. The firefighting. The "why is everything on fire?" moments.
We've both been inside scaling companies where strategy lived in a deck nobody opened. Where the team worked hard but not always on the right things. Where founders became bottlenecks instead of leaders.
We didn't want to build another tool. We wanted to build the operating system we wished had existed — for ANZ founders, built from the ground up for this market.

Sarah
Co-Founder & COO
Sarah brings 15+ years of operational leadership to Crewie. She's been the COO inside high-growth startups from seed through Series C — and she's built the systems, teams, and rhythms that make scaling feel less like survival and more like strategy. Her belief: the right systems don't constrain people. They free them.
Christina
Co-Founder & CRO
Christina has built revenue teams from zero to eight-figure ARR at B2B SaaS companies across ANZ. She's spent her career at the intersection of strategy, sales, and customer success — and she's watched misalignment kill momentum in great teams too many times. Her belief: clarity isn't a soft concept. It's a revenue driver.
