Go from sign-up to actually using Crewie in under 30 minutes
Want to get up and running in under 30 minutes? Here's the fastest path from sign-up to actually using Crewie.
Minutes 0–5: Set your mode
Log in and answer the two setup questions. Solo, Startup, or Scale Up — pick what fits. You can change it later.
Minutes 5–15: Build your strategy
Go to Strategy Crew. Fill in the key fields for your mode. At minimum, set your North Star Metric (the one number that tells you the business is on track) and your top 3 strategic goals. If you're in Solo mode, complete the one-page framework. If you're in Startup mode, work through Founder Clarity. If you're in Scale Up mode, set your Vision, Mission, and BHAG.
Don't overthink it. You can refine later. The goal is to get something in the system so CrewieAI has context to work with.
Minutes 15–20: Create your first Project or Task
Go to Workboards. Create a task for something you need to do this week. Give it a due date, a priority, and link it to one of your strategic goals if you can.
Or if you're working on something bigger, go to Projects and create a Project. Write a quick problem statement — what are you trying to solve and why does it matter?
Minutes 20–25: Open My Day
Go to My Day. This is your daily command centre. You'll see AI-prioritised signals telling you where to focus first. Check your capacity widget — it shows how many hours you have available versus committed.
Make a habit of starting every morning here.
Minutes 25–30: Ask CrewieAI something
Go to Ask Crewie. Type a real question — something you've been wondering about your business. "What should I focus on this week?" or "What's at risk in my current projects?" It already knows your strategy and workload. See what it says.
That's it. You're up and running. From here, the platform will build habits for you — daily My Day check-ins, weekly sprints, quarterly planning. Show up consistently and the system does the heavy lifting.
