Changing or Upgrading Your Plan
Upgrade, downgrade, or adjust users with no lock-in
You can change your Crewie plan at any time. No lock-in. No penalty. No circus.
To upgrade your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
To downgrade your plan
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm the change
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you keep access to your current plan's features until then.
What happens to your data when you downgrade
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade from Scale Up to Startup, your Scale Up strategy content and Workcrew data is preserved — you just won't be able to access Scale Up-only features until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Adding or removing users
Go to Settings → Team to add or remove team members. Billing adjusts automatically — you're only charged for active users.
