    Billing, Invoices, and Payment

    How billing cycles, payments, and cancellations work

    Everything you need to know about how Crewie billing works.

    Billing cycle

    Crewie bills monthly. Your billing cycle starts on the date you convert from your free trial to a paid plan.

    Payment methods

    Crewie accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely. Crewie never stores your full card details.

    Viewing your invoices

    1. Go to Settings → Billing
    2. Click "Invoices"
    3. Download any invoice as a PDF

    Invoices are generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle and sent to the email address on your account.

    Updating your payment method

    1. Go to Settings → Billing
    2. Click "Payment Method"
    3. Enter your new card details
    4. Save

    Failed payments

    If a payment fails, Crewie will retry automatically over the next few days and notify you by email. Your access won't be interrupted immediately — we give you time to update your payment details.

    If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days, your account will move to read-only mode. Your data is always safe. Resolve the payment and full access is restored immediately.

    Cancelling your subscription

    We're sorry to see you go — but we make it simple.

    1. Go to Settings → Billing
    2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
    3. Confirm

    Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account moves to read-only for 30 days so you can export your data. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

    No hidden fees. No cancellation penalties. No circus.
