Connecting Your Calendar and Integrations
Hook up Google, Microsoft, Slack, and SSO
Crewie integrates with the tools you already use so your workflow stays seamless.
Calendar integration
Connecting your calendar means your scheduled meetings and time blocks appear alongside your tasks in My Day — so you can see your full day in one place.
To connect Google Calendar:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click "Connect" next to Google Calendar
- Sign in with your Google account
- Grant the requested permissions
- Done — your calendar events will appear in My Day immediately
To connect Microsoft Outlook:
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click "Connect" next to Microsoft Outlook
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account
- Grant the requested permissions
- Done
What syncs
- Your calendar events appear as time blocks in My Day
- Crewie uses your calendar to calculate your available capacity in My Sprint
- You won't accidentally double-book focus time
What doesn't sync
- Crewie tasks don't automatically appear in your calendar (this integration is coming)
- Other people's calendars don't sync — only yours
Slack notifications
Connect Slack to receive Crewie notifications in your Slack channels.
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click "Connect" next to Slack
- Authorise the Crewie Slack app
- Choose which channel receives notifications
- Done
Sign-in integrations
Crewie supports single sign-on via Google and Microsoft. If your team uses either, members can sign in with one click — no separate Crewie password needed.
