Privacy, Data Ownership, and GDPR
Your data is yours — here's what that means in practice
Your data is yours. Always. Here's what that means in practice.
Data ownership
Everything you create in Crewie — your strategy, goals, projects, tasks, documents, and knowledge — belongs to you. Crewie does not claim ownership of your content. We do not sell your data. We do not use your business content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
What data we collect
- Account information (name, email, role)
- Usage data (features used, session length, interactions) — used to improve the product
- Business content you create (strategy, tasks, projects, documents) — used only to provide the service
- Payment information — processed by Stripe, we never store full card details
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Crewie service
- To personalise your experience (including CrewieAI responses)
- To send you product updates and support communications (you can opt out)
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing
CrewieAI and your data
CrewieAI uses your business content — strategy, goals, projects, tasks — to provide contextual responses. This processing happens within the Crewie platform. Your business content is not shared with or used to train external AI models.
